The Dr and staff was very nice and helpful. They took time to talk with us about our concerns and I felt like we were heard. I will definitely come back here again.
I have used this one for years now and will not go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone with kids who will listen
Will NEVER be taking my child back to this urgent care: the doctor was rude!!! Ended up just sending me to the hospital for my child’s injury after already going to another Akron Childrens urgent care WHO recommended I go here for an xray. Then as we’re leaving the rude doctor said “if you’re admitted I’ll see you Monday” that is not something to say to an already frightened mother. Was seen by 2 nurses, and it took over 30 minutes for the doctor to even come in and see us never again.
Took my daughter in for multiple symptoms with a high fever, she was ONLY tested for strep and after that came back negative the doctor wrote it off as “a virus going around”.. 2 days later I took my daughter into another urgent care that ran all the tests and it came back my daughter was positive for HIB with a double ear infection. This doctors negligence could have ended my daughter up in a much worse position if I had not taken her to another urgent care.
