Went in at 2:50 on a Sunday and they didn't want to see us because they said they only had 1 provider and they had other people still waiting to be seen hint they just want to make sure they get to clock out on time. Totally unprofessional! Will NEVER go back and wouldn't suggest taking a hurt animal there!
From the second we walked In the door until we left we were treated with nothing but kindness and compassion . Everyone was so sweet to my daughter making sure she was comfortable and reassuring her when she needed it. Thank you for making her feel comfortable
My 8 year old son has a very bad infection in his toe. We came to urgent care and they turned us away because they were too full and close in 1 hour… My son started bawling as he was leaving because he’s in so much pain. The doctor wouldn’t even come look at it to tell me if we need to go to the ER or not. This place is sick. Who turns away a sick hurting kid.
Awful!!!!! My daughter was 5 days old and I took her in to be seen. We didn’t even get examined by a Doctor, the nurse who was taking her weight and temp was trying to convince me that my baby had BRUE and needed immediate attention at the ER. We were there not even 3 minutes. It put us all in pure panic and the ER couldn’t believe they did that to us. My child never had BRUE, and our experience became the talk of Akron Boardman because the doctors couldn’t believe they did that to us.
one star is the nurse her attitude and the way she spoke to me was uncalled for her name. Is sheila took my daughter in there on 11/8 and from the moment when she called us from the waiting room and called us back. She was rude and a very terrible attitude. The way she spoke to us was uncalled for for an example. It was me my fiancé and my sister.
