The young woman at the ENT office is probably the nicest receptionist I’ve ever come across. I heard her interact with several people and patients and she had so much patience and sincerity. You can tell she is a genuinely nice person and I was really impressed. She either needs a raise or a promotion.
The Dr and staff was very nice and helpful. They took time to talk with us about our concerns and I felt like we were heard. I will definitely come back here again.
I have used this one for years now and will not go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone with kids who will listen
Will NEVER be taking my child back to this urgent care: the doctor was rude!!! Ended up just sending me to the hospital for my child’s injury after already going to another Akron Childrens urgent care WHO recommended I go here for an xray. Then as we’re leaving the rude doctor said “if you’re admitted I’ll see you Monday” that is not something to say to an already frightened mother. Was seen by 2 nurses, and it took over 30 minutes for the doctor to even come in and see us never again.
