Absolutely the worst quick care/urgent care around. Tried once to walk into the Boardman location only to be told they do not accept walk-ins. What kind of urgent care doesn’t take walk-ins? They scheduled me for the Austintown location and we were seen. Fast forward almost a year later. I scheduled a sick visit at the urgent care in Boardman only to receive a call that they canceled it because we have never been seen there before and going to Austintown doesn’t count. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this urgent care. The staff was kind and efficient!
I walked in for the very first time, and was welcomed with high pitch attitude from the receptionist whom stated “YOU NEED TO GO STAND OVER THERE BECAUSE IM CLOCKING OUT NOW” my response was well I hope you have a better day. Immediately felt uncomfortable and upset as she stood up and laughed and walked away. Very poor patient service. Drive 35-40 minutes for urgent care for my son to be told that you have to have an appointment. Have NEVER seen an urgent care clinic that you have to have an appt. Had to drive an hour somewhere else for his illness. Some things shouldn't clog up ERs nor should you have to pay ER prices.
If you go without an appt, they will not see you and they will send you to the ER. What a joke!
