Very kind staff.
What can I really say about this other than my last two appointments have been disgusting. I brought my 11 year old here a few weeks ago for severe pain and they turned her away to an er. Now here I am with my son who has severe sore throat, headache, nausea. Front desk said she signed him in at 10:40 am for an appointment for 11:40 am. We came from out of state—we were in and out, which was a nice surprise. Had a great experience and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I made sure to star on google maps in case we ever need to come back while we are visiting.
Had a wonderful experience at the Children’s Urgent Care. From the moment we stepped though the doors, we were greeted by friendly smiles. My 3 year old was in for a second degree burn and was very nervous, but all the nurses and doctors were so friendly and gentle that he quickly overcame that fear. It’s nice being able to take my kids to an urgent care that is for children; a place that knows how to ease fears and make it as fun as possible for littles.
My daughter had second degree burns on her feet from a local splash pad. I probably should have taken her to the ER but this was closer and I was panicked. The doctors and nurses were SO kind and nurturing to my daughter who was in a lot of pain, and consulted multiple doctors to come up with the best action plan. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful!
