DO NOT GO HERE FOR LABS!! Everyone here was just fine, but the woman who works the desk where you get labs done is rude and condescending and talks down to you when you don't know medical procedures. She should be fired. We will go to a different location for all future labs!!!!!!
Our son was given a blood test for lead which was not needed as it was done at his 12 month appointment. The medical assistant spent 30 minutes trying to get blood out of his finger…halfway through, dropping the vital on the ground. After blood was taken which we were told was for an iron test, she said no, it was for lead. We then asked Dr.Parajuli who apologized…stated there was confusion and that we wouldn’t be billed for it. I want to start by saying our experiences with all of the pediatricians at the Hudson office have been amazing. Those doctors are truly wonderful people and I completely trust them with my children. However, when they’re closed on the weekends and we’re forced to go to this Boston Heights office there’s someone masquerading there as a doctor going by the name of: Dr. E Pal Wal, she’s an incompetent hack that should have her medical license revoked and should never be allowed to see a patient again.
