do not buy a battery from this place. We had a battery installed that lasted one month. Took car back and they thought vehicle had a parasitic drain, but it was their cheap no name battery.Replaced battery but charged us. Guess what, battery lasted a month. When I called jason, once again it was a parasitic drain according to him. Took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer and they went over it and they determined that it was the cheap no name battery. Fred, Jon and everyone I met there was extremely nice and helpful. They offered me a loaner car, which I didn't need, so they drove me home and picked me up when my car was done. I recommend them wholeheartedly
I took a car in for a used car inspection and the mechanic told me it was in great shap and the only problem was that the wiper blades need to be replaced. After I drove the car back to the dealership I noticed a badly repaired crack in the bumper from a fender bender that struck hard enough to partially tear the bumper from the car. The bumper was reattached badly using epoxy. If he missed this, what else could he have missed? I do not recommend this shop.
There is no record of an Abdur Jordan coming into our shop. I work at Akron Auto Clinic and I do not know he is posting this story on every review. We treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. We are here to help people and make an honest living. I consider every one like they were my brother or sister.
