Dr. Akram Mahmoud is the best Neuroscience/Spine Surgeon in El Paso, TX. Doctor Mahmoud is an eminence in his profession, He's not only very professional, but He has many years of experience on spine surgery. In addition, He cares deeply about his patients and follows up on their overall health before and after their surgeries. He's an amazing Doctor and human being.
Didn't even get to make an appointment. Staff extremely rude. Didn't not want to schedule appointment. Told me I needed a referral first. Didn't ask my name or if I had one. I had it. Written two weeks ago. Places me on hold then said the doctor has been in surgery and has to review .. well how long does that take I ask. And the second person...the assistant raises her voice to consistently repeat herself and still not answering my question. Why are these people even in Healthcare. Very disheartening and LAZY
Dr.Mamould is an excellent Doctor!! And he his definitely wonderful and kind. I recommend him highly! He’s very knowledgeable and very professional as well! Thank you Dr Mamould for everything!! We are so thankful for you! ❤️🙏🥰
