Called and expressed the blue screen failures my PC was having, as up to 3 or more a day occurring. Was told that they would be able to fix this issue specifically, and that they could clean it up too, likely fixing problem, and freeing of any viruses as well. Asked for Zip Drive back-up, in case of hard drive crash, and nothing else. And my Asus was the top priced PC from popular chain electronic store here, and 26 months old, so freshly out of warranty there.
