Incredible. Coach happens to bring out encouragement right when needed. The culture at AKP is amazing- from the intro of asking your name and questions to get to know the community better, to the events they have coming up, and what they’ve built in the culture with stickers for accountability. You can tell coaches and members truly care about your overall health, short, and long term goals. This place is more than just a gym. Absolutely recommend AKP for the encouragement and community!
Tim was AMAZING, super thorough and very attentive to all the athletes. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back.
Good workout, kept us moving and Kathy is always there for minor adjustments to techniques.
