Attended my first dental visit at this practice today and was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Reception experience very professional, Dr Kwon was thorough & very caring and his assistant pleasant. Highly recommend

I have had 2 visits to Dr Joon in the past week, both emergency appointments. I don't usually post reviews but the reason I found Akoya Dentist was through these reviews. I'm 41 Female & I have very severe Dental phobia which is debilitating. However I broke a front tooth and needed to have it looked at, the news wasn't the outcome I'd hoped for and there I sat sobbing for a good 15 minutes! I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I’m ashamed to admit how long it had been since I last went! From the minute I walked in the door, the 2 receptionists immediately made me feel at ease, they were so warm and lovely. Dr. Joon and his dental assistant were compassionate and kind, reassuring me the entire time. They talked me through everything, I needed an extraction and I did not feel a thing.
