I wasn’t going to share my experience at all but I’ve since been to several salons in the past year so I know this wasn’t just me. The tech was hard to understand, impatient, aggressive with my hands. She acted like she didn’t want to deal with me anymore. I was very new with nails & wanted something trending that took patience. Overpriced, rushed, and a less than average manicure.
This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy with my nails, Lexi is the best!
Save your money! Not worth the disrespect or attitude! Got nails done yesterday but felt like they were too long. I tried to file them myself so I wouldn’t have to come back here but couldn’t cause acrylic was too thick. Tech asked if I filed nail…I told her yes, one of them (don’t know why that even mattered). She asked how short did I want them…I showed her one finger that was the length I wanted. She accused me of filling my other nails as well. I didn’t file any other nails but the one I told you! I went in for a French chrome with dip, and nail extensions Which total to $100 and I had a broken nail within the same week that they refused to fix, unless I paid the additional charge. The cost of the nails here is not worth the quality that you’re actually getting. Quite disappointing.
