I called on behalf of my family at almost 9pm on a Friday night, via the emergency number. The man who picked up the phone helped me and my family through talking us through the problem at no charge to us. He could have charged us some fee for an emergency visit, he could have charged us just for advice, he did not. Yet his advice let us fix the wiring issue we had in our house. While I can't say I've used this company for electrical yet, today I was very grateful that a young man from the company was at the same location I was. He helped me by lending me a tool which saved me a great deal of time and also helped me load a large, very heavy table into my minivan, for no other reason than he was able. I don't currently have any need for an electrician, but good character is a great asset to any contractor, so should the need arise, this is the company I will call.
