AKO did a bathroom reno in a 90 yr old coop building. They removed a bathtub and installed a tile shower floor and glass enclosure and moved shower plumbing from one wall to another. They were truly professional! They knew what permits were needed and worked smoothly with the coop board, they were responsive and meticulous. I am so happy with my bathroom, which was cramped and narrow, and now feels expansive, (still narrow) Prices comparable to others, but the work is beautiful.
Ark is trustworthy, honest, conscientious, respectful, polite; not to mention extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also, he is so personable and easy to talk to that you feel like you've known him for years. AKO Builders were recommended to me by a neighbor. I needed my old pool deck replaced with a trex deck. I was amazed how fast the deck was completed and how beautiful it turned out. I highly recommend AKO!!!
