The locksmith arrived extremely late despite promising a quick response, leaving customers stranded outside for hours in stressful conditions. The staff acted unprofessional throughout the service call, speaking rudely and showing no interest in solving the customer’s problem properly. The prices were shockingly high compared to other locksmiths nearby, and the technician refused to explain the charges in a clear or honest way.
They didn't have any idea.I read the company's response to these reviews. All the company does to one stars is gives a half hearted apology and doesn't actually do anything to fix the issue. The staff was not good.

Called to get service.., the manager “ Dottie” was definitely of no assistance, offered no insight, had no idea and was quite disrespectful….
