Our irrigation pump started surging and so we called Akland. They sent out someone who was not knowledgeable and he’s been fiddling with it for three weeks now and still cannot figure out the issue. He’s broken things and caused three leaks so far. It takes about 1-2 weeks for him to even respond to us. So now it’s spring and we cannot water our pasture or orchard or animals or garden. It’s utterly ridiculous. We just want water.. 😓

This company has very poor communication and customer service skills. Took over 10 days to get them to come to service our well the first time we called with an issue. They have now been out 2 times over the last month and a half, we’ve spent over $700 and still have the same problem we started with. Save yourself the time and hassle, start with a different company!
