My husband and I stopped by Akita Ramen, Poke & Boba as part of our new series where we're trying every restaurant in Cache Valley from A–Z. We enjoyed getting to try something different, and the food was fresh and flavorful. We gave it 4 stars because we had a good experience overall, but there were a few small things that kept it from being a full 5 stars for us. We'd still recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for ramen, poke, or boba, and we're excited to keep exploring more local restaurants!
