It seems like this Chinese buffet changes names every few years, but the food is consistently some of the better available from among the local Chinese buffets. My husband loves the sushi. The food is normally quite fresh. The latest name of this restaurant is Akita, and they have updated the dining room. Looks nice. My only complaint is that scooping your own ice cream seems unsanitary.
