Terrible manicure and pedicure experience. I had to wait around 45 minutes between the manicure and pedicure, and the staff seemed rushed and inattentive throughout. The services felt incomplete and poorly done. I’m also concerned I may have developed an infection afterward, which is very worrying. Given that this is the most expensive nail salon in the mall, I expected a much higher standard of hygiene, care, and professionalism. Very disappointing overall.
I went to Aki’s today at Warringah Mall. All were friendly and I went to get a removal of Biab, manicure and colour. I asked this and had confirmation from the lady who did my nails. I also asked her for Cat Eye and she replied yes. I noticed a manicure wasn’t done but I was not overly fussed as the lady did a good job repairing the nail and removing the biab. First time coming here and Nana did such a great job on my nails, my design was really complicated but she made sure they looked perfect and was super patient
I had a pedicure with Farah, best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Farah was so lovely she did a great job and my feet feel very pampered.
