I have NEVER, in my life, met a doctor like Dr. Nishikawa. He is one of the most THOROUGH, conscientious physicians with whom I have ever worked. He investigates ALL areas of your ailment, seeking every aspect of your medical history with a level of professionalism UNMATCHED. Dr. Nishikawa is wonderful (so I'm switching this to 4 stars to not penalize him). This is a WARNING about the front desk @ the Memorial Gessner location. The front desk woman managing Dr. Nishikawa's business LOST my test results. She also LOST my medical clearance note that I needed to give to another doctor. She also claimed, "Dr. Nishikawa doesn't sign those kind of notes," even though Dr. Nishikawa said yes to me during my visits with him.
