I had a great experience at this Akira location. The staff was incredibly friendly, special shout-out to Paulina who helped me pick out some really great pieces and was genuinely so friendly and kind! They also had really good sales going on, I got two jackets for under $20 each. Overall just a really great experience and I will definitely be going back for more winter looks! Check it out ASAP if you want to find summer stuff on sale, before it's all gone!
All the associates that worked yesterday on Thursday 9-3-26 around 5:30pm. Yall were amazing. S/o Courtney for helping me with my last minute festival fits. Everybody on the floor helped me out too and were super friendly. I left that day with three outfits for my 3day weekend. Thanks yall 🫶🏼
Paulina is racist end of story!!!! She’s horrible, I literally watched her be polite to certain people versus another(black). This location is the best one I’ve been to as far as clothes and my first time here, but she racially profile and I can’t take someone being rude simply because I’m not your preference. Went to this AKIRA getting ready for the Chris Brown and Usher concert and was waiting in line while the cashier Paulina or Holena was cashing out a customer, I noticed the customer had cashed out and they was continuing to talk personally on the phone or whatever and I asked another associate could he take me on the register.
