Hi I was in yesterday and realized I lost my pearl earring (probably while changing in the middle changing room) I was in there from 6:30-7:30 I was the one going to an EDM concert. Mo helped me and she was great! Any chance you found a pearl earring with a gold stud?
Everytime I come in the manager recalls me and says hello, she’s kind and leaves me be as I get overwhelmed easy by the shopping experience at times. Everyone’s lively and helpful, the selections pretty great I always find what I’m looking for when I have an event coming up and the sales rack has some gems.
Went in this Wed and the girl at the register was very rude, we said hi how are you and completely ignored us, just proceeded to charge us, but that was way awkward and way rude, that made us not wanna come back to this location. She had a beige crop top that day. Not a way to treat customers.
The customer service at this store is unacceptable. I came in two days in a row and had the same rude experience with an employee named Brandon. The first day he clearly didn’t want to help me, so I tried not to bother. The second day was worse. He flat-out refused to let me try on a skirt, lied and said I couldn’t, and wouldn’t even look me in the eye while I was asking for help. Literally no eye contact, would look away and nod.
