Dr. Akinyele is an expert in his field. I felt very grateful for the skilled care I received during my colonoscopy.
You will wait 2 hours to speak to him for a five minute conversation You will wait 2 hours for a gastroscopy You will wait 2 hours for a follow up even after an appointment time is made Nice man and I’m told he attends to emergencies at the hospital frequently So he’s always late
Doesn’t even know the meaning of an appointment. If you have an appointment Dr will see you after couple of hours of your appointment time. No respect for your time.
Very unprofessional, his wife is very rude she started yelling at me cuz I got confused with something she asked me.. the appointment took tell 10pm I was there at 6pm! I went with a different surgeon completely and I have been a patient of dr Akinyele for a few years now so has my family and we have all switched to a different surgeon I have also told my family doctor to stop recommending people to him
I originally went to Dr Akinyele 35 yr ago for a Vasectomy. ( made to feel so comfortable). In ye next 25 yrs over time, performed 2 Colonoscopies ( finding minor issues). Now in the last month, he removed (successfully ) a Basel cancer from my nose, with in a week after that he performed another Colonoscopy, and had the stitches removed from my nose at the same time!!!! He is an absolute wonderful Dr and person. My Only concern is, knowing he will retire one day. We can not afford too loose a Dr with his skill set. He is ph... read more
