Walked in and was greeted right away. We had the end of a iPhone charger broken inside the charging port of the phone. In less than 5 minutes he had it out. They are a local business that I will support again.
Josh is excellent! Got me in first thing in the morning, heard my concerns and took a look at my phone. Put my mind at ease in a matter of minutes.
I brought 2 older computers in and was told it would cost more than it was worth to fix and or upgrade. They could of taken advantage of my lack of computer knowledge and I would have paid the money for upgrades. There are not very many honest businesses out there anymore. I'm very grateful Akins did not put money over honesty.
Cody and his crew have been top notch and kept my equipment in top shape, their services have helped me to keep my business running smoothly at all times!
I never write reviews but am a little upset with how my experience went. I couldn’t get my iPad to charge and desperately needed a solution as soon as possible with a huge exam coming up. Didn’t catch his name, but he was super helpful at the start, stating the charger port was “looser” than he liked and thought he could feel battery swelling. I paid the $65 diagnostic fee but walked back in about two minutes later knowing there was no way I could pass my exam without my iPad and wanted to see if I could find someone sooner.... read more
