Horrible Office Manager. I have made the decision that I will no longer be a patient at Dr. Akins’ office. I want to be fair in explaining why. I been going to Dr Adkins for years. I have to say he listens to you and explains everything. Great person and Dr. the staff has always helped me. I really love the office. Great Dr. and Staff.

Dr Akins actually listens to what you have to say and catches things that you don't notice. He doesn't try and hurry you out to get to the next patient. I dread the day he retires.

Like many recent reviewers, I also experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the staff. Phone calls (When they actually answer) were consistently met with attitude and a tone that felt dismissive and disrespectful. Simple questions seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than part of their job. The front desk associates, in particular, were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
