Well when I walked inside no one bother to ask if I needed help until I was walking out to leave. When I did decided to actually purchase something the person who came to help didn’t say much or looked like he wanted to help. Customer service was just terrible from beginning to end.
RecommendedPatio table and umbrella replaced with no delivery or re-setup fees charged. Excellent customer service beyond manufacturer’s warranty.
we bought a couch and love seat from Akins 18 years ago still have it , it is still in good condition but we are planning on getting a new one very soon, can't wait

I never leave bad reviews however we recently bought a couch and loveseat from them. When we got it home and out of the box one of the legs on the couch was broken. We immediately called them and the best options they could give us was that they could deliver the floor sample couch to us (they didn’t have another new in box) in a week but we would still have to pay a “discounted” delivery fee or we could drive another hour and a half back there to exchange it with the floor sample. Akins has always been where we've gone for furniture for about 10 years. They've always had beautiful furniture at low prices. Although, January of 2017 I bought a Darby loveseat. Loved it! But, seat cushions started slipping off the velcro that attached to the loveseat. I contacted them around October. They have tried several things to fix the problem, but none of them worked. Great service from their staff. They let us look on our own, without hassle. The prices were lower than other places we had shopped and the quality of the furniture was great. We chose to have it delivered, and we live almost 2hrs away. The delivery guys were so nice and friendly and they set everything up with a smile on their face! Wonderful experience!
