I went with a friend yesterday, we just walked right in without anyone asking to help us...we walked throughout the whole store which is quite large ..not one single person said a word about helping me until I got on the computer to find what I was looking for...my friend had to walk back with someone to show her about what she was looking for...nice store with beautiful things but the greeting,welcoming wasn't none..maybe they sell so much that that they don't greet customer..

I apologize for your unfortunate experience in our store. There is no excuse for our sales people not greeting you! We have been a little short handed and just hired 2 new sales associates just last week. We sure hope you will visit us again.

Akins Furniture has the best staff l know of,it is a very good place to go if you want furniture. This is the only furniture store I will be using. I just like that they are friendly, and they don,t try pushing you to buy something. They will help you find what you are looking for, or you can just look around to your liking.
