Russell is the best! I am pretty particular about keeping my vehicles in great shape. I had work done on my King Ranch after being hit by a deer and then again after being rear ended. Akins did an excellent job both times. What inspired me to write this review was my visit to Akins today to check out a spot on my quarter panel that appeared to have lost the clearcoat. I was involved in a minor traffic accident a few weeks ago on Ga 211 near the I85 Bridge. Long story short, the insurance company agreed to letting Akins Collision do the repair work. I took my truck in for an estimate and consultation. AJ worked with my schedule to get me in asap.. 2 weeks later I dropped the truck off at Akins for the repairs. 2 weeks later, I picked up my truck. It looks like new again! I just want to say thank you for a job well done! I am very pleased.

I recently had a commercial vehicle of mine go through a pretty hefty insurance claim at this location. Erica and her staff made it very easy for me to get this issue taken care of start to finish. They work directly through my insurance, towed the vehicle, and had all the repairs and payment done. She kept me updated through the whole process until the vehicle was complete. They even washed my truck before returning it. I really appreciate Erica and her crew. Hopefully I will not be back but until next time Thanks!
