Edited: 3 stars instead of 5. It seems the main receptionist manager was on leave. She watches you like a hawk when you’re “shopping.” Faster than the normal diaper bank but feel very uncomfortable Went today for the first time and it was quick and easy. Receptionist was nice and helpful. I got some diapers & wipes and even eggs! Definitely easier than the normal diaper bank!
I'm giving zero stars, but quick question to the company. Why is it that when someone gives zero stars, you won't respond, when someone gives 3-5 stars you will? Just funny to me. The lady at the front desk needs to be fired or trained alot more.
Akin is a wonderful resource for helping children and families through the hurdles life throws at us.
Gave 1star bcz I had to. I was told there were literally NO resources of any type for my 13 yr old disabled LGBT child, yet the website boasts all these different services that aren't actually provided (at least not to us).they seem much more focused on asking for donations & volunteers, for what I'm not entirely sure. You shouldn't be able to promote yourself as offering help when you're clearly just flying the "we help needy kids" banner to further your own cause, whatever that may be
