big mistake – I took my car to Akin after a bad crash on the advise of a friend that claimed they did good work. What a gigantic mistake! they had my car for three months! I was told it would be done in 20 days. They pushed back the pick up date on me three times. after 45 days i showed up there unexpectedly to find out they hadnt even started on it. It is very difficult to find any auto repair shop that one can feel comfortable with (truly trust) and KNOW that you are receiving the quality repair work as promised and at a fair price. As a customer of Akin and Akin in North Ridgeville, Ohio, I have had three of my cars repaired at their shop, and I must say that I believe they deal with each car as if it were their own.
