Waste of time. Very unprofessional. I called at 1pm to ask about availability. Keep in mind this is plenty of time to call another shop. She quoted me a price over the phone and told me she could take me at 5pm. I call at 4:55 to say I’m pulling in she pushed back to 5:30. I get there 5:30 and she says it’ll be $60 more than original asking price. To waste someone’s time is unbelievably disrespectful. I could’ve gotten my hair done earlier and now can’t get it done at all. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
They are very nice people and respectable they can do braids for any size hair
I was a walk in customer and she had an appointment in front of me who didn't show up on time but she was nice enough to take me and do my hair and it came out very pretty thank-you Akima!
The salon was very clean, professional, and they did an amazing job braiding my hair.. Will definitely be going back for the services..
I just moved to Austell recently and was looking for a good braider, especially since my hair is damaged from being pregnant, I found Akima on Google and it was one of the best experiences I had getting my hair done. When I say the shop is clean and they sanitize after every client. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel comfortable while getting your hair done! Best decision I made and I love my hair!!!
