Only as a last resort Located near the Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center, this large apartment complex has a long history of problems including safety concerns. You'd do well to consider offer locations in Kahului or Wailuku before staying here.
Renovated These recently renovated apartments turned condominiums has done a complete 180. My cousin bought one of these condos and she absolutely loves it. When you walk in, you would never expect to see the kind of interior from looking at the exterior. They are located on Kahului Bch Rd right across from the harbor. They are also located right next to Maui Community College. It's right in the middle of Kahului and is within walking distance to the mall and other stores.
