The lady did my hair perfectly how i wanted it if not better! She made sure i understood what toner she would use and how my hair would look and what would suit my natural hair colour and it fitted me beautifully, even better than the inspo photos i showed her, which in many years of dying my hair i haven’t been able to achieve before! very grateful xxx

I got my hair coloured, cut into layers and a blowout here and I’m honestly so happy with it. She took her time and made sure everything looked really nice, and the vibe in the salon was super calm which I loved. She’s also just really sweet and easy to talk to, I felt really comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend if you want your hair done properly in a relaxed place!!!

I had a really bad experience here today. I had my hair washed by a male worker in the salon who was extremely rough with me, pulling my hair and SCRUBBING my head, I have scalp psoriasis so I don't know if he thought he could fix it with force or something? When I spoke up to say he was hurting me he just said "yeah, you're hard to wash", no apology or adjustment to what he was doing. I went here for a haircut and unfortunately the result wasn’t quite what I hoped for. The layers came out uneven and the lengths on both sides didn’t match, which was a little disappointing. The fringe turned out fine, but overall the shape feels a bit awkward. From what I’ve noticed, this salon seems to specialize more in colour services like balayage (which their reviews reflect) rather than layered or detailed haircuts. I think it may be a better option if you’re mainly after colour work rather than a precise cut.

I had a hair cut and a keratin treatment at Akila Hair & Beauty salon. They did such a good job with my hair. My hair looks so good smooth & frizz free. They took time and gave attention to details to provide a perfect hair treatment service for me and also provided me with after care informations well. This is my 3rd time getting a service from them and I would highly recommend Akila Hair & Beauty salon for all hair and beauty services.
