I waited several months to write this review because I genuinely like Akila and didn’t want to sound punitive. However, the lasting damage to my hair needs to be addressed. Note: The severe hair damage was not the reason I ultimately decided to leave this stylist. She was given grace and the opportunity to correct her mistakes with my hair.
