We have been going to Tina for years now (when we have felt the need to) and have always felt great benefits. Hi Tina, Love getting my feet on the earth, grass with my coffee and to potter with my plants 🪴 Will work on being meditative at the red stop lights...and stay more focused . I just had my first spinal flow session with Tina and Wow! It was gooood. I am so grateful to have found a spinal flow practitioner like Tina. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does!
