My experience with Aki Motors was really good. We were searching for a van for months and we found the perfect van with them. Paulo was really supportive, when we send a mechanic to review the van before the purchase, the communication with him was really good and informed us of every step, even took time to send videos to show what has been done to sell the van in the very best conditions, always giving advise and listen to our requests. Well bought a van, tyres were all knackered, but the dealer did give me 4 new ones to fit, then injector packed up,which they also fixed, 4 months in and now gearbox is faulty,starter motor has issues,horns packed up and Aircon no longer works.warranty yes, but omg what a nightmare,no one will take the work on, so not really worth the paper it's written on. Oh and oil leak from sump, which I was told had been fixed, well it wasn't fixed and still drops out oil, something else to add to my list of failures. And looks like I w... read more
