Hello, as a manufacturer, whenever we have downtime or an issue with anything, our first call is to Akhurst Machinery, either a phone call to walk us through, or having James on site within 24 hrs and staying till the job is complete. There is no one else we at Gem Trust to work on our equipment

We have been dealing with Jim on many projects with exceptional results. Jim's guidance and diligence ensuring we purchased the right lathes was paramount. He is not a typical sales guy trying to make the sale, he cares about his customers and it shows through in his approach. Jim's industry knowledge is second to none. We are on lathe number three and Jim will be our go to for other machining equipment as well.
