Hi, as a manufacturer, we always contact Ashurst Machinery first when there is a problem with our machines. They always send tech to the job site within 24 hours and stay until it is finished. I would say they always give excellent service. Dealing with Dave, Jessica, and the on-site technicians is always a pleasure.

We have been dealing with Jim on many projects with exceptional results. Jim's guidance and diligence ensuring we purchased the right lathes was paramount. He is not a typical sales guy trying to make the sale, he cares about his customers and it shows through in his approach. Jim's industry knowledge is second to none. We are on lathe number three and Jim will be our go to for other machining equipment as well.
