Dr Shenoy has a wonderful bedside manner. He was very personable and answered all of my questions. They had already pulled my labs and reviewed my metabolic panel which shows they do their homework. Highly recommend Dr Shenoy such a nice man!
Front desk is terrible I always miss my appointment due to then bit calling to remind me ,I have to call them and then realized I missed my appointment , so I'm looking for another Dr.
I had success today adding the Omnipod 5 app to my IPhone with lots of help from an Omnipod agent. He was very patient & helped me to understand how to use this app as well as to continue using the Omnipod controller till next POD change. I’m definitely living in the right time period for all the pluses for type 1 diabetics!! Thank you Dr. Shenoy & your expertise for helping me move into this new world!
A horrible experience with this doctor! Five biopsies in a year ( on my thyroid)! And I left knowing less than I knew before I went to him.
