Worst service ever I was waiting in the room for over one hour with my two kids and they left us in there and didn’t even care I left the office without being seen and I was their since both my kids were born they just lost two patients!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. My son was given a lab order that required fasting, but the order was not signed by the physician (Dr Akhil’s office). Unfortunately, I did not notice the missing signature beforehand, and when we arrived at the lab, they could not proceed without it. I called your office right at 8:00 AM when you opened, and I was told the signed order would be faxed to the lab.
