He is nice enough, his staff is very nice. However, every time I have went there for a cleaning, either later that same day or a day after a filling comes out or a piece of my tooth breaks off. I understand some of the cleaning techniques have to be somewhat strong, but this has happened twice. I cannot afford to have this happen anymore, it costs a great deal to have these repaired. It is odd since the fillings or teeth were fine when I went in. It comes down to what one can and cannot afford.
He treats the elderly with no respect. He doesn't listen to his patients. He gets angry when you ask a question or suggest something. This is a money making business for him, that's all his wants is money coming in and no quality care. He needs to get his act together.
