I had an absolutely wonderful experience, from the front desk to the care team. Xenia was so kind and reassuring and helped me feel calm before the procedure. Dr. Phillip was excellent during the consultation and made sure I was properly sedated and comfortable throughout. I’m extremely afraid of dental procedures and general anesthesia, so I really appreciated the care and patience everyone showed me. The team made the experience as painless and stress-free as possible. I’m very grateful!
A normal dental appointment can be stressful but an emergency dental appointment can also be stressful except I had grace and was seen by the Akeso Oral Surgery - Lutherville, MD. From the front desk to the dental chair I was cared for, kept informed, and treated with care and respect. Overall, considering, it was a good experience and I would recommend their office any oral procedure.
