Kal would not give me an appt for an extraction unless I paid my co-pay in advance as punishment for questing the co-pay and asked to call my provider .After I spoke to my provider,Kel informed me that Dr. Brown would not do the extraction that day. I ended up not having the extraction because the tooth was no longer in me. I asked Kel when I would get my co-pay back. She said it would probably take about a week or two. Surgeon and his assistant were professional and good at caring for me. Office staff were also pleasant and helpful. Everyone had to adjust when a machine was not working, and it all worked out.
My experience was great I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday and I was so nervous about being put to sleep the reassured me I was in great had before I knew it I was woken up and everything was done I didn’t even remember being put to sleep everything was so great and I been home recovering greatly very mild pain nothing like the pain I thought I would be in by it being 4 wisdom teeth taking out at the same time I would definitely recommend they did a wonderful job and handled me with great care through the wh... read more
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Professional, kind, and reassuring. I was nervous. Was given a stress ball, some jazz, and a blanket. Dr. Brown came in and explained everything quickly, I got my IV and next thing waking up. I probably fell asleep before the medicine lol but I experienced no pain, just soreness. The entire staff was wonderful. The front desk did their best to get me in the following week, X-rays, procedure, and I was out of there. Thank you!
There was one lady who took me back that was very friendly and professional. She had a name that was an unusual spelling like , Mikalya or something like that.
