Initially, I thought it was just gonna be another subpar experience with the nurses and providers getting me in and out, but not this time. I had an issue with my veins rolling so when they needed to draw blood, the provider assisting me was very gentle understanding and mindful of my skin type and possible bruising. She did an amazing job explaining what was happening and ensure that I did not bruise after my blood work. I’m so grateful for Miss Tony and her gentle touch and mindfulness of the patient.
Just the worst clinical experience ever they made me wait for 3 hours when I had an appointment.
