I went last week because i got injured at work, i fell down some stairs hurt my foot and when i got to Akeso they took me in right away. I was seeing by Dr Michael Fleming and he was great. He was nice and professional. But Tanner Custard, the Clinic Manager is the nicest and sweetest person i have ever met. He was so gentle and took great care of me. I will never forget how helpful he was. The girls on the front desk were also helpful.
My son "had" to go here because his job (a grocery wharehouse) "MADE" him go here. Mind you he does have health insurance and he told them that. Anyway, he went here for an injury that happened on the JOB, he was Uber'd there at night on a Thursday. He gets there and the nurse on duty was very rude and condescending. The supposedly "Doctor" said he was okay to go back to work and he couldn't even walk on his foot at all. I had a terrible experience with my drug test. I waited 2 hours to be called. I gave my urine sample and placed it on the counter, the technician was in the other room teaching a girl how to use the computer my urine just sat there, when I peeked my head to let them know I was done with my urine sample, Toni came back to the room a few minutes later and said your urine is too hot and tossed it out, she did not show me the temperature of the first sample. This 0 star would be for Dr. Michael Hadley, very unprofessional comments and diagnosis. Please ask for a second opinion. He is going to write you that your able to work even if your have a injury and tells you to work through your pain. I give 5 star customer service to the receptionist, and the nurses. Very nice and friendly. Is unfortunate they keep this doctor working . Run away from this doctor.
