The hours posted on the window clearly say 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and my drug test voucher reflected the same. I showed up before 7 PM, but the entire staff had already left. The only people on site were the cleaning crew, who told me everyone left around 5 PM. I don’t mind coming back another day, but the issue is the inaccurate information. Lilian and Judy are the best here. Very caring and understanding professionals in what they do. They are always punctual and if there is any inconvenience they will do their best to accommodate or reschedule if needed.
If I could rate 0 stars I would! This is the first drug screening place that was so rude and unprofessional.
