This urgent care is a waste of time and provides no medical care. I was told to come in before a certain time to be seen by the provider. When I did as directed I was told the provider was not going to be back for two hours and to come back. When I finally got to be seen, the provider made jokes about my symptoms and provided no care at all. I am not one to go to the doctor unless I am actually sick, so when the doctor made light of my Covid, and didn’t provide treatment, but joked about Biden/Trump, it was shocking. T... read more
Taking a very long time to get a COVID-19 test. It also takes receptionist a very long time to enter data. Claims that it’s busy in there but doesn’t seem to be at all. I will do whatever I can do - not to return here. Before leaving I asked how many medical personnel were seeing patients and was told there was one person on duty. Therein lies the problem.
