This place is amazing! I came here for my CDL medical appointment for work, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. John was incredibly helpful—when I called to let him know I was running late, he reassured me and completely put my mind at ease. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough yet efficient. I really appreciated how stress-free the whole process was. Highly recommend this place
Unfortunately, I stopped my care here due to unprofessionalism by the receptionist John. I also felt that I wasn’t being heard by the doctor. My next doctor was surprised that a test wasn’t ordered.
I went for a drug screen today. John checked me in and even did my drug screen. He explained every step and I was out in 15 minutes. What a fantastic experience with the site.
Update your business hours!! You clearly state that you’re open from 8am to 6pm yet as a patient I stop by at 5pm and you’re closed. You’re making people spend hefty amounts of money and lose their valuable time.
I work in New Jersey and needed assistance getting a candidate scheduled for pre employment screenings. John K was BEYOND AMAZNG with assisting me and coordinating.
