Not only have I heard negative things from colleagues who came here to get their physicals, the staff was rude and not helpful. I needed to confirm which location my appointment was at, so I called this facility only for the guy to tell me I had to go to Irvine (I live in lawndale) without even bothering to look up my appointment or help me after I told him it was a specific physical for the aquarium. Lazy staffs who sent patient away because they’re closing earlier than the closing time. Started the drug test and sent patient to another location leads to the other location cannot restart the test. What a waste of time i hope you guys close soon

I recently had an injury at work and was referred to this clinic. My experience here has been amazing. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the staff and doctors at this clinic. Everyone was very kind and attentive.

I had a very terrible experience recently. I was injured at work and was referred to this location where I was turned away by John the front desk. I was met with attitude from the beginning was told they were about to close even tho I arrived at 4:15 and they close at 6:00. He right away told me it was too late for a physical which I tried to explained on multiple times I was injured.
