So disappointed, taking an arrangement out of our service just because he said his carpet was getting wet hello it is a flower arrangement so races and obnoxious. These two very disappointed. I do not recommend this funeral home at all.
The Akes family are wonderful people. Our sincere thanks for making one of the most difficult times in our lives a little bit easier.

There are not enough words to express the compassion, guidance, support, and love that came from the Akes family when I had to face the heartbreaking situation of burying my father. Mrs. Ruth was very knowledgeable and guided us through each area, while giving us all options available. Herself and the staff stayed in constant communication with us, throughout this process. Paul was very helpful in such a stressful situation. We didn't know what to do but he was very sympathetic and listened to our concerns and graciously walked us through the process. I recommend Akes family funeral home
We met the Akes family in the late 70’s. Unfortunately we did not keep in touch but saw each other from time to time at various functions. When my husband died (2011), Ruth Akes was my first call. She and Randy came to my home immediately. It was such a blessing to have this family care for my loved one.
