Decided to switch cardiologist from Madera to Visalia (we live closer to this location). We were very happy with the entire experience. Everyone was polite and friendly. Dr. Ozdemir was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. There was no rush and we appreciated the attention to detail. I had a fetal development appointment here and the process was quick and pleasant. The front desk staff were nice and quick to call me up. There was little to no wait. The ultrasound tech was kind and friendly. The Dr. I seen after my ultrasound was very pleasant and was happy to hear any questions. Overall, my first experience here was great (first time patient). I was very satisfied. Dr. Le is business like, but friendly enough, in my opinion. He did arthroscopic surgery on my knee about two years ago. He explained everything very well and took time to ask if I had other questions. I think he is a very capable surgeon, which is what I went there for.
