As a new customer and a person that typically does my own home pest control, Aaron G did a great job providing me with an intro to how this service works and what is covered. I will be requesting that Aaron is assigned to service my homestead.
I have been using them for 10years. Akela has been the greatest pest service ten fold. I have little ones so this is always a concern if it safe to spray inside and they have the products that are!!! We moved into a new house during the summer and had a massive ant invasion through the kitchen island, called in for service and haven’t seen ants inside for 5 years. My technician was very professional he was on time and made sure to treat all areas also I had some concerns about some small bugs he gave me solid advice about how illuminate them very nice guy
Akela rep arrived and went to work immediately. He asked if we preferred he begin indoors or outdoors first; we suggested outdoors. Throughout the process he was extremely responsive to our questions, explaining the products being used and the method for their application. Very courteous, thorough and professional throughout the entire visit. It was a very pleasant service call from beginning to end. Thank you.
