AKDHC's protocol does not allow the immediate posting of a patient's diagnostic results to its portal, including blood work and radiology procedures, until the patient's next visit, no matter when it's scheduled. Dr Pervez is an excellent Dr. He makes understanding everything so much better.
If I could post zero stars for the front office I would. I was attempting to establish care with AKDHC after moving to the area. The front office staff were professional and courteous at first, however that quickly changed after having issues with paperwork. I was told by a medical assistant that I needed to have all of my medical records, especially my biopsy including my diagnosis faxed to them a second time because they only received half of my record.
