We are sharing a Dr. with the folks in Tucson and even though he gives the office staff a specific day that he is to be here and they set up an appointment but all of a sudden he calls and the girls have to try to get you in the next day. I have what feels like a million doctors and always seem to have another appointment and do not have time to wait if they double book. I'm very happy Dr Carter he answers questions so I understand he has patience and I feel comfortable with him. His assistant very nice as she is very helpful ...thank you for the good attention I got I feel much calmer going to r Doctor appointment
Horrible customer service & I haven't even been seen as a patient yet! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE & being kind is free. Shame on you!!! Stay tuned & will keep you updated!! Today Dr. Carter & Daisy made up for the truly unprofessionalism shown via phone convo yesterday by the RUDE receptionist. I highly suggest video chats & ignore the front staff!! Update on 1/29/25: I have had three appointments with Charles Carter, MD. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED! All he did was piggy back off what my hemotologist said. Dr Sturgeon should be banned from practicing medicine!! She that they cleared all of their bad reviews and now showing good ones. Stay away!!!
