This place has a HORRIBLE communication with patients. I have called and left messages with Anna a number of times to NEVER get s call back. While I am a patient, I am also a Doctor and I would never allow my staff to treat patients with such inconsideration. She even told me I couldn’t make an appointment 3 months in advance because her computer doesn’t “go that far”. I specifically asked for call backs and never got them. Not once. New patients beware. Very unprofessional front and back office personnel including Doctors. Refused to schedule lab to monitor my low sodium. Doctor said “go to the emergency if you feel sick.” When I voiced my disappointment, Doctor told me I was no longer her patient.
