Gave the one star because I couldn’t figure out how to give zero stars. My cousin got married in 2018 we are now in May 2020 and still has not received the video of her wedding. So sad when you trust people with your special life moments and they take advantage the way this company did. They took the money blocked my cousin her husband and my uncle.
